Norman Builders is based in Newton, NH and lists 30 towns in its service area. We have documented case studies in nine of them, named client reviews from four more listed towns, and reviews from a few towns just outside the list.
Towns Where We Have Completed Case Studies
Our 19 case studies are in nine towns: Andover (nine projects), North Andover (an entertainer's kitchen and a whole-home renovation), Boxford (a custom kitchen and a primary bath), and one each in Amesbury (a two-bedroom addition), Atkinson (a lakeside cottage), Byfield (a primary bath), Groveland (a first-floor remodel), Haverhill (a first-floor renovation) and Newton (the White Cedar Way custom home).
Towns Our Reviews Come From
Clients in four more listed towns have written reviews: Newburyport (an addition and the six-month renovation of a 120-year-old house), Hampton, NH (an addition and renovation of a beach cottage planned to start in October 2010 and finished by February 2011), Kingston, NH (a full kitchen remodel) and Windham, NH. A few reviews come from just outside the list, in Bradford, MA, Billerica, MA, Hampstead, NH and Newmarket, NH. All 22 are on our reviews page.
Working in Your Town
The services are the same in every town we cover: new homes, additions, whole-house renovations, kitchens and bathrooms, designed and built by one team. As your contractor we handle permits and inspections. As a guide, our planning guides put a custom home at about 8 to 16 months, an addition at 3 to 9 months, a kitchen at 6 to 16 weeks and a bathroom at 3 to 10 weeks; how long your own town takes to issue permits is part of that.
