Effective date: October 16, 2026. These terms cover your use of the Norman Builders website. Paid services are covered by separate agreements.

Results and testimonials

The website includes reviews, testimonials and examples of client results. We do not guarantee results.

Third-party content and tools

Some pages include content from other services, such as videos, maps, social media posts or reviews. That content loads from the other service when you open the page. Some images, files and code also load from outside services.

Website chat assistant

The chat assistant uses Anthropic's AI service to generate replies to your questions. If you choose, you can share contact information and project details so we can follow up. We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep chat messages and the details you provide. Those details are also sent to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector / HighLevel. The assistant cannot book a call.

Your reviews

These terms do not threaten or penalize you for posting an honest review. We will not use physical threats, intimidation, threats to disclose embarrassing information, unfounded legal threats, lawsuits we do not intend to file, or knowingly or recklessly false public accusations to prevent your review or pressure you to remove it.

We do not pay for reviews or endorsements or offer review incentives on this website.

Withdrawing consent to calls or texts

You can withdraw your consent to calls or texts by any reasonable method that clearly tells us you do not want more calls or texts. You are not limited to one opt-out method. You can reply to an incoming text with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE. You can also call us at (978) 833-7337. We honor requests made by any reasonable method within a reasonable time, no later than ten business days after receiving them. Once your withdrawal takes effect, we will not send further automated calls or texts that require your consent.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the law of New Hampshire. The venue for disputes about these terms is state or federal courts located in Rockingham County, New Hampshire.

We post updates on this page with a new effective date.
