The Andover estate is about 5,000 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 5 baths, a three-car garage, an outdoor living room with a stone fireplace, an outdoor kitchen and a gunite pool.

The cottage uses engineered board-and-batten siding and composite decking chosen for low maintenance by the water. White Cedar Way pairs James Hardie lap siding and PVC trim with black Andersen windows. The estate uses fiber cement siding with natural stone veneer and a mahogany front door.
