The project went extremely well and surpassed all my expectations in every regard. The project started exactly when scheduled. Once the work began, the project ran very smoothly. The team members were all very professional, skilled craftsmen and were punctual without fail. I was always kept informed of scheduling changes ahead of time and advised of any unavoidable delays or issues. Any unforeseen issues that came up were quickly and efficiently managed and resolved. Any changes I chose to incorporate into the design plan along the way were handled seamlessly. My home was treated respectfully and always left clean. The workmanship on the stone tile work was superb. The finished carpentry work was done beautifully. The final result was all I had hoped for and more. I have had a number a projects of similar scope done over the years at various homes I have owned and I can honestly say this was the single best experience I have ever had on such a project.
